Siblings that preceded her in death are: Bessie Mae Dixon, Herbert Sample Jr., O.D. Sample(Rock),and Cato Sample(Boo).

She leaves to cherish her memories ten children: Lourinza Culpepper Holland, Alford Harper, Bobby Culpepper(Sharon), Debra K. Culpepper, Tommie A. Culpepper, Sharon Culpepper Marshall, Thomas R. Culpepper, Brenda K. Culpepper, Glenda F. Culpepper Clough and Johnathan W. Culpepper(deceased). She also leaves to cherish her memory 13 grand-children, oldest to youngest: Linda, Rosie, Tijuanna,Orlando, Derrick, Aisha, Terrace, Alfonzo(deceased), Brendell, Glendell, Derrell, Vernon and Kissoulia all of Longview, a host of great-grand children, nieces, nephews as well as special friends of the family such as Della Culpepper, whom all loved her dearly. She will be sorely missed,
