Mr. Buster Mayfield was born November 17, 1940 to the parentage of Sylvester Mayfield and Marie Winkley in Kilgore, Texas. He was an Air Force Veteran, carpenter and musician.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers: Robert Mayfield, Sylvester Mayfield Jr., Henry Mayfield and Alvester Mayfield; sister: Mary Mayfield; sons: Buster Jackson and Harold Mayfield.
He is survived by his wife : Tonya Greggory Mayfield; daughters: Jeanetta Mayfield, Helena Mayfield, Vivian Mayfield & Donna Jean Mayfield; sons: Buster Mayfield, Gerry Mayfield & Jerry Mayfield; sisters: Eva Lois Baham, Helen Joyce Williams & Sylvia Dawkins, grand-children, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.
