Mr. Theodore "RED" Medlock, Jr.

Mr. Theodore B. Medlock Jr. was born November 9, 1949 in Longview, Texas to Mr. Theodore B. Medlock Sr. and Mrs. Velma "Eveitt" Kennedy.

Theodore is a native of Longview where he attended and graduated from Mary C. Womack in the L.I.S.D.. He was a hard worker and was employed in the barber business for over 10 years in Dallas, TX; Vamac for 5 years in Carthage, TX ;the Coca Cola Co. for many years in Dallas ,TX. as well as the City Laundry in Marshall, TX.
Theodore was a member of the Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist until his departure March 24, 2016.

He leaves to cherish his memories a loving common-law wife of 23 years Sheila Speed; stepson, Toby Jones; stepmom, Georgia Medlock; sister; Bonnie Allen; special nephew, Wade "Poochie" Patton Jr.; special niece Shawntay "Boo" Chadwick and special cousin, Marvin Davis.
Theodore was preceded in death by his wife Barbara Medlock, his father Theodore Medlock Sr., mother Velma Eveitt Kennedy, both sets of grandparents Mr. & Mrs. M.C. (Lula) Medlock and Mr. & Mrs, Willie (Janie) Eveitt.

Theodore Medlock had the greatest gift of all LOVE. He met no strangers and opened his house to all and did all he could to help others. A host of family and friends will cherish his memories forever.
