Vernell Sebron

Vernell Sebron was born in Shelby County on September 6, 1938, and parented by Betty Z. Edwards and Hilliard Roberts. She attended Shelbyville Schools. She was married 52 years to the late Robert Louis Sebron. To this union five children were born, Robert, Michael, Gary, Valencia, and Angel.

Vernell worked as a seamstress at Ebony Cleaners and was a diligent homemaker. She enjoyed cooking, baking, sewing, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Parkview Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents Betty Z. Edwards and Hilliard Roberts, her husband Robert L. Sebron, one son Michael Sebron, five sisters, and seven brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Robert (Glenda) Sebron,Arlington, Tx; and Gary Sebron, Longview, Tx; two daughters Valencia Sebron Green, Arlington, Tx; and Angel Sebron, Dallas, Tx; four grand-daughters, Sharanda, Sha'Harmoney, Tea'unna, Ta'sia Sebron, Dallas, Tx; five grandsons, Ryan and Jeremy Sebron, Christopher Sebron Hammler, Shawn Sebron Hammler, and Nathan Sebron Green.; four great-grandsons, Cyden Hammler, Christian Hammler, Cason Hammler, and Calil Hammler all of Dallas,Tx; one great-granddaughter, Riiyan Taylor Sebron, Dallas,Tx; and a host of other family and friends.
